摘要
In order to understand the mechanical behaviour of DEM assemblies under plane strain condition, a series of simulations were conducted on numerical crushable gains with various crushing strength. DEM models could explain a correspondent between softening/hardening and dilatation behaviours under plane strain condition. The normalization of the mean principal stress with crushing strength was applied to understand the mechanical behaviour of numerical crushable grains. The K-0 compression, possible critical state and shear resistance angle - stress relations were provided as each unique curves.
