摘要
To solve some problems and difficulties faced in the process of knowledge management (KM) implementation, a Context-Centered KM ((CKM)-K-2) approach is proposed to creating learning software organizations. Firstly we discuss the concept of (CKM)-K-2 and its approach in which context is integrated with KM activities adaptively. Then a context model is put forward in software organizations, which describes context in a multi-dimension, layered mode. And how context is associated with knowledge objects and queries is discussed A feedback loop to build the context model and its application is also illustrated. A case study was given for illustrating the application of the C2KM approach in a software organization finally. Experimental results indicate that our approach to improve KM is both effective and efficient.
