摘要
There is a close relation between urban location and land price. Based on the urban land location theory and differential land rent theory, this paper uses the curve of the relation between land price and urban land use zonal pattern and the curve of land supplying and demanding to analyze the changing relation between urban location and land price in the cases of non-restrictive factors and restrictive factors. The curves show that the curve of the relation between land price and urban land use zonal pattern are parallel changes in the case of non-restrictive factors; and in the case of restrictive factors, land price will rise in a way in the same urban location. As a whole, the relation between urban location and land price show the changing trend of positive correlation.
