摘要
One hundred and twenty older women participated in this study. Two trials of straight leg raise (SLR) (left and right), sit-and-reach (SR), and toe-touch (TT) tests were performed in a random order. The participants were assigned to group A (SLR angle < 76 degrees), group B (SLR angle: 76 - 86 degrees) or group C (SLR > 86 degrees). Group A showed the lowest associations between SLR and SR tests (r= 0.41-0.48). The Group C reached the greatest values (r= 0.70-0.78). The hamstring criterion-related validity of the SR and TT tests is influenced by hamstring muscle extensibility. The TT and SR tests are not valid measures of hamstring extensibility for older women with reduced hamstring muscle extensibility.
