摘要：

Using the method of literatures, the logical analysis and the inductive method, from the five aspects of the theoretical basis, the sharing mechanism, the resource sharing and management mode, China's administrative management systems, and the traditional consciousness and concepts, the author of this paper carries out the analysis and exploration of the factors restricting the sharing of the facilities and resources in the community sports and the school sports, which is designed to analyze the reasons for the existence of these restrictive factors, and find out the effective method of solving the sharing of the facilities and resources in the community sports and the school sports.
