摘要：

As the erupted international financial crisis has exerted strong impact on the normal operation and development of private enterprises, making an in-depth analysis on the influences and reasons of the development of private enterprises in Hebei province has an important role for the healthy development of private enterprises. This paper starts with an analysis of the influences of financial crisis on private enterprises of steel, mining, textile, building materials, machinery manufacture industry etc. in Hebei, and further analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the impact of the financial crisis on enterprises, then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of private enterprises in Hebei.
