摘要：

The knowledge nature of technology capability is analyzed firstly, and then the constitute elements of technology capability which the knowledge is attached to are identified. On this basis, the knowledge's dynamic flow and transformation process among constitute elements of technology capability are summarized according to the characteristics of the knowledge's flow and transformation. That is, the knowledge of technology capability transforms in a certain way and exists in spiral motion process, which helps knowledge and constitute elements of technology capability achieve sustainable accumulation, and then promotes technology capability's evolution to a higher level.
