摘要：

In this note, we investigate the Cauchy problem for Keller-Segel system with fractional di ff usion for the initial data (u(0); v(0)) in the critical Fourier-Besov-Morrey spaces FNq,mu,r2-2 alpha+d-(d-mu)q (R-d) x FNq,mu,r2-alpha+d-(d-mu)q (R-d) with 1 < alpha <= 2. The global well-posedness with a small initial data of the solution to Keller-Segel system of double-parabolic type is established.
