Teaching Innovation Research on Engineering Technology Courses for Engineering Management Undergraduates

Engineering technology courses are the major platform for the engineering management undergraduates. The teachings of these courses are very important to cultivate students' knowledge structure and professional practice ability. Around the characteristics of the teaching of engineering management, this paper puts forward innovative ideas from two aspects of theoretical teaching and practice teaching as follow. On the one hand, the thesis expounds the theoretical teaching, which includes the correct selection of the materials, the increase of perceptual knowledge, the interest of the teaching of the situation and the teaching mode of the case. On the other hand, the aspects of practical teaching are discussed, which includes designing a matrix model of practice teaching to enable students to complete vertical knowledge deepening and horizontal knowledge structure understanding.
