摘要：

To analyze the situation of the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese medicine (TCM) research, exploring TCM clinical research in the real world by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of modern TCM in clinical studies, proposing the urgency and necessity of the real-world TCM clinical research. The real-world clinical research studies are more in line with TCM, to improve the real-world clinical research as well as to determine right TCM research "paradigm" is the future development direction of TCM. The real-world clinical research of TCM shall be called TCM research "Paradigm".
