摘要
Under the new situation, the labor forces in our country have started moving towards the normal path of development, and the workers and the employers can carry out the bidirectional choices of each other, but now China's employment situation is the state of piling up in excess of the requirement, thus leading to the more severe situation of the college students' employment. A widely existing social phenomenon is the discrimination, which also is increasingly clear in the employment of the university students. Although there is some of the perceptual cognition, yet there is a lack of the necessary empirical analysis. In this paper, the author conducted the survey of the data of the recessive gender discrimination in the employment process of the college students in some universities, and carried out the analysis of the recessive gender discrimination with the statistical method, to understand the recessive gender discrimination in the process of the employment, and propose the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
