Thermal diffusivity, specific heat, thermal conductivity, coefficient of thermal expansion, and refractive-index change with temperature in AgGaSe2

摘要
Measurement of the key thermo-optic properties of AgGaSe2 in the temperature range below 300 K is reported. Values of these properties on cooling become favorable for the higher average-power operation of nonlinear optical frequency converters using this material. (c) 2005 Optical Society of America.
