We demonstrate a 3-meter 4-Gbps QAM-OFDM VLC system with 3.2X10(-3) bit-error-rate (BER) by implementation of our own fabricated and packaged single layer quantum dot (QD) blue micro-LED with a record high 1.06 GHz modulation bandwidth. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
