摘要
This paper presents a high-resolution objective-monochromat consisting of three diffractive lenses, one of which is a correction lens with close to zero focal power. The diffractive lenses are separated by inhomogeneous materials having a radial distribution of their refractive indices. Results are given of the optimization, and the potential of the new objective is demonstrated. (C) 2001 The Optical Society of America.
