摘要
Interprofessional mental health collaborative practice (IMHCP) is an emerging and vital response to meet the mental health-related demands in rural and northern Canada. Psychology is not currently embracing or meeting the significant opportunities that exist in this dynamic team work environment. This article explores the opportunities and challenges of IMHCP in rural and northern areas and outlines the many ways in which psychology at all levels can engage in this effective, collaborative joining of professionals.
