摘要
This paper constructs an absorptive-capacity-based research model integrating Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and organizational learning from the perspective of absorptive capacity. Based on a theory development, we propose hypotheses between HRMS, absorptive capacity (ACAP), and organizational learning (OL). We obtain 221 effective samples through snowball sampling and testify the sample data with SEM, and find that the results support most of the hypotheses.
