摘要：

In the case of EU competition policy regarding the motor vehicle sector, an analyze of the most important issues of the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation (MVBER) No. 1400/2002 is imperative. Furthermore the article focuses on the Regulation' provisions facing the reality before and during the economic crisis. The draft texts for the revised MVBER are also brought to discussion for a better understanding of the future guidelines concerning the Competition Policy in the analyzed sector.
