摘要
Post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERCP) pancreatitis is the most frequent complication of ERCP, with a variable incidence of 1-10%. Most cases are mild or moderately severe acute pancreatitis. The aim of this article is to review the available epidemiological, pharmacological and endoscopic prevention strategies to reduce the incidence and severity of post-ERCP pancreatitis.
