摘要：
We report an unusual case of toxic shock syndrome in a 4-day-old baby, with mucosal isolates of Staphylococcus aureus (SEC, G, and 1) and group G streptococcus. Treatment involved intravenous inimunoglobulin and antibiotics. This case highlights the difficulties associated with the diagnosis and treatment of this condition in neonates.
