摘要
Every year a lot of students leave their schools and many teachers retire from their schools. As the embodiment of the specialized knowledge and ability, the teachers' experience in the school's work is a valuable asset. As the teachers retiring, however, many accumulated tacit knowledge in an implicit form on the individual teacher can not be effectively shared and would only be lost all together, which seriously affect the sustainable development of teacher's individual and organization. But if we classify and integrate their knowledge during the period of school through the means of knowledge management, especially of the tacit knowledge management, more teachers and students will be able to communicate with the sharing of this precious wealth. With the arrival of the era of E-Learning, the teachers' tacit knowledge management is certain to break through the bottle neck of traditional means. On the base of the analysis of E-Learning mode of knowledge management system, this article aims at probing into the necessity and feasibility for knowledge management so as to maximize the benefits
