摘要
The main focus of this work is to evaluate proportion of nematode genera in group of sheep at Smolna farm during a year 2014 and determine the most critical time span of the year from the point of view of infection. Samples of faeces were collected once a month during timespan March 2014 - December 2014. Samples were cultivated in stable temperature 28 degrees C for 7 days and hatched larvae were collected using Baerman's aparatus. During an observed season following genera were detected Chabertia, Cooperia, Haemonchus, Oesophagostomum, Teladorsagia, Trichostrongylus. Based on results of the experimental part April 2014 was evaluated as the most critical month. In this month was scored the highest occurrence of the most pathogenous genus Haemonchus (18 %) during the observed period. In April there was also recorded the widest spectre of helmints from families Trichostrongylidae and Chabertiidae. Genera Trichostrongylus and Teladorsagia dominated from May to December. Genera Oesophagostomum and Chabertia reached their highest occurrence in April and March. Genera Haemonchus and Cooperia reached their highest occurrence in April.
