Research on cost-based maintenance strategy in production line

摘要
Reducing cost and increasing efficiency are the targets that the enterprises pursue forever. Aiming at the operation conditions of the production line of a certain type engine, the maintenance strategy was studied systematically. The difference among variational regulations of best maintenance periods of a certain key equipment was analyzed under the guidelines of periodical planned maintenance and periodical preventive maintenance, accordingly, a best preventive maintenance cycle was pointed out. The equipments' failure rate can be judged by which the maintenance cost has no rock bottom and it declines with the increasing of preventive cycle. Periodical planned maintenance was put forward to proceed preventive maintenance, and at last, avoiding the high frequency of preventive maintenance and reducing the maintenance cost.
