摘要
In order to realize carbon neutrality by 2050, it is necessary to achieve renewable energy as main power source. Renewable energy is connected to the grid through power converters. It is expected that the performance of power converters will continue to improve for the effective use of electrical energy. This paper investigates the current performance of power electronics devices, and introduces the evaluation items of the roadmap of the future power converters.
