摘要
The radial velocity (RV) technique in the near-infrared is a powerful tool to search for low-mass planets around cool stars and sub-stellar objects. We investigate what precision can be achieved in RV measurements of an M9-dwarf in the Y-, J-, H-, and K-bands. Although late M-dwarfs emit the most flux in the J-band, we find that the highest RV-precision is attained in the Y-band.
