In order to fast and accurately collect data of competition technique and tactic and give analysis on the collected data, "Statistic Analysis System of Techniques and Tactics of Table Tennis Competition" is designed in this article. It has given detailed presentation on the system structure framework, functional framework, database design model and each functional module.
