摘要
The novel Fe/Nb co-doped Ba(Co0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1)O3-delta oxide was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. Structural, sintering and oxygen sorption properties of the Ba(Co-0.8 Fe0.1Nb0.1)O3-delta oxide were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetry (TG). The results demonstrate that the structural stability of the Fe/Nb co-doped Ba(Co0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1) O3-delta oxide is improved significantly. The oxygen sorption property of the Fe/Nb co-doped Ba(Co0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1)O3-delta oxide was investigated in air between 300 degrees C and 900 degrees C, and an oxygen sorption capacity of 7.0 mL(STP) O-2/g oxide is obtained.
