摘要：
The paper first makes an in-depth analysis of development environment and tendency of road freight industry, then concludes new requirements to it. In addition, the paper summarizes the coping strategies which are adopted by enterprises in their development process and reflects the appeals of enterprises based on the survey of typical road freight enterprises. Finally the paper proposes several points of polices to the government about the transformation and development of road freight enterprises.
