MPEG-I(Moving picture Expert Group 4) is the technology developed to present and to transfer various multimedia data efficiently. In this paper, rue propose a MPEG-I media presenter on real-lime operating system. This presenter provides the quality of information services up to supporting various hyper media. For improving realtime characteristics, we implemented this presenter on Q+. So it processes user interaction immediately by shelving through the screen with no time lag.. The MPEG-4 presentation introduced in this paper is a player of high quality that can be played on Q+. And it supports improvement of transfer speed on various media streams, efficient buffer management policy, a generic interface to the data stream delivery layer functionality, and dynamic scene rendering techniques. After it composes dynamic scenes by buffer, parsing, rendering and event manager; it can process another update scene streams. Event manager uses for communication with stream object transferred from media server on Q+. Data structure of circular buffer is used to the buffering of stream objects. And scene rendering module extracts only some specific nodes for drawing from the scene graph which composed after pa, sing. And it shows them at the screen.
