摘要：

Athletes' learning is influenced by cognitive factors and external environmental factors. The mode of athletes' cultural teaching should be adapted to the trends of teaching reform and athletes' characters, and combine the features of traditional teaching mode and modern teaching mode to construct a new sports-based teaching.
