摘要
Two methods are considered for calculating plasma kinetics of a barrier discharge in air under atmospheric pressure. The effect of fitting parameters on the calculated concentrations is determined using one of the methods. It is shown that both techniques ensure a satisfactory agreement with experiment for concentrations O-3, NO3, and HNO3.
