摘要：

In this paper, the authors conduct a SWOT analysis on the MICE industry in Qingdao. Based on the analysis, several suggestions on the development strategies of the Qingdao MICE industry are provided, which include adjusting government function, setting up a regional MICE association, improving enterprise management, establishing local brands, carrying out joint-market promotion, and facilitating MICE human resource cultivation.
