摘要
OTCs (open top champers) was used to simulate the temperature increase of the wetland ecosystem in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. The greenhouse gas flux showed a clear pattern of daily variation. The peak value of green house gas flux in temperature increase method is clearly larger than that in nature. The results showed that the carbon dioxide and methane emissions increased gradually with the increase of the temperature.
