Identification of production performance criteria in shipbuilding industry

The objective of this paper is to identify the shipbuilding production performance criteria. The necessary information was gathered from a case study, which concluded with a graphical model. The pure shipbuilding production performance has three dimensions such as hull, outfitting, and painting. Each point on the space demonstrates the criteria satisfaction value. The total pure performance is represented by a surface. It has been determined that there are two different types of performance criteria illustrated either as shadow or clear. The presented graphical model is one of the most appropriate ways to represent the pure production performance of a shipyard that can be used for comparing projects or different yards.
