Deliberation on the Data Quality of Student Physical Health Standard

By applying the methods of documentation and mathematical statistics, this paper compares the situations of the data reporting based on Student Physical Health Standard in 2004 and 2005 in Jiangsu province, and points out the problems in the data of primary and secondary schools. Moreover, academic periodicals have untrue descriptions on the data reported by colleges and universities, and there were abnormal dynamics during the national data reporting in 2009. These commonly show the research result that there are data quality problems in the implementation of Standard. Thus, from the aspects of manpower, material resource, financial resource, time and interest, this paper further analyzes objective and subjective factors impacting the data quality, and thinks about how to remove various adverse impacts, so as to implement the Standard better. The proposed suggestion is changing the single test mode whose main body is school currently. The specifics are strengthening the supervision, separating test from teaching and trying the new way of combining sports and education to implement the Standard.
