摘要
Series of mesoporous Ti-substituted silica catalysts (PSMTS) with different silicon to titanium ratios and highly ordered mesoporous structures were prepared by facile photoinduced self-assembly method. The effects of Ti loading and synthesis conditions including irradiation time/strength and the photo-acid generator content on mesoporous structure and Ti coordination environment were thoroughly studied using various characterization methods. Catalytic performances were evaluated by the selective cyclohexane oxidation, which revealed that catalysts with Si/Ti molar ratio higher than 40 had ordered mesoporous channels and isolated framework Ti in tetrahedral coordination, and showing the optimum catalytic performances (52% conversion of cyclohexane and ca. 99% selectivity to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol). Nevertheless, the increase of Ti loading resulted in relative disordered mesoporous channels and more extra-framework octahedral Ti species, and in turn giving rise to inferior catalytic performances. Moreover, it testified that the optimum photoinduced conditions for Ti incorporation are 15min irradiation time, 18 mW/cm(2) irradiation strength and 3 wt% photo-acid generator.
