摘要：

Although the logistics distribution center under the E-Commerce Environment grows out of the development and maturity of the traditional logistics distribution center. However, the location selection of Logistics distribution center under the E-Commerce Environment makes a natural distinction with the Address-Select of the traditional logistics distribution center. Applying the common location model of logistics distribution center to the environment of E-Business does not work. Therefore, in this text, we analyze the feature of logistics distribution center under the E-Commerce Environment and primary factors which will affect the Location-Select, with regard to the problems exist in the common Address-Select methods of logistics distribution and the specificity of logistics distribution center Location-Select in the environment of E-Commerce Construct logistics distribution center Location-Select model which is suitable under the E-Commerce Environment
