摘要
Photolithographically defined monolithic membrane valves utilizing Fluorocur(TM) perfluoropolyether (PFPE) were fabricated and characterized to be essentially unaltered after one million actuations and exposure to the environmental stresses associated with in situ exploration of Mars.
