摘要
We demonstrate an advanced BTO-enhanced silicon photonic platform for high-volume applications in communication, optical computing, and sensing. Our platform exploits an ultra-strong Pockels effect, enabling large-scale, high-speed electro-optic photonic circuits with low power consumption and loss. (C) 2022 The Author(s)
