摘要：

A discussion of the Health Management technology and its application in Test Launch & Control of Launch Vehicle is presented in this paper. Overall Health Management System architecture is designed and described with emphasis on its capabilities and its aims to enhance Launch Vehicle safety and reliability, to reduce manpower and costs of launch missions. Key elements and technologies of Health Management technology are also presented and explored.
