摘要：
Due to the limitation of signal channel resources to use general purpose equal sampling rate data acquisition system is unreasonable in telemetry system. In the situation diverse sampling rates data acquisition system should be used. At present diverse sampling rates data acquisition system used in telemetry is specific system that can not be used to make normal data acquisition. A New telemetry multi-channel data acquisition system was developed by us. It can not only be used in normal measurement system but also be used in telemetry. In this paper the cause to use diverse rates, design idea and realize method was discussed.
