摘要
The solution of free-boundary problem, for diffusion, equation is retrieved. Diffusion equation is a result of simulation of cylindrical-inclusions' formation. As against classical models, the ensemble of particle is analysed. Assumption concerning a limitation of the field of replenishment is taken into account. Algorithm of numerical-analytical solutions of the given problem is designed and implemented on PC. Concentration profiles and dynamics of new phase cylindrical inclusions growth in supersaturated solid are calculated with using computer.
