摘要
On-line measurement and monitoring system on granules in gas flues of boilers is developed for a firepower house. This paper introduces hardware constitution parts and software processing methods of the system. It also discusses in depth how to obtain the optimal binary image through comparing different kinds of threshold selection methods and to correct distortions with image morphology. Finally the paper introduces how the system to realize on-line monitoring and statistics on granules' diameters and number. The construction of hardware and software with the friendly interface guarantees the high stability and robustness. This system has worked well until the present.
