摘要
In the present article, the study of the relationship between the structure and physicochemical parameters of some derivatives of mercaptoacetic (thioglycolic) acid is considered, and the main areas of application of the synthesized derivatives of this acid are shown. It has been shown that among the main areas of application of mercaptoacetic acid derivatives, their use in the synthesis of biologically active compounds and pharmacological preparations, as well as the use of these compounds as corrosion inhibitors, should be especially noted. This allows them to be used as anti-corrosion additives for fuels and lubricating oils. On the other hand, it is known that the chemical structure, the polarity of additive molecules and their intermolecular interactions ultimately determine all the functional properties of additives in fuels and lubricants. In this regard, the study of the IR and NMR H-1 spectra of some derivatives of esters of mercaptoacetic acid (EMAA) is of great practical and theoretical interest. Since the conduct of such studies makes it possible to reveal the relationship between the anti-corrosion effectiveness of compounds and their structure and physico-chemical properties, which is important in the development of scientific foundations for the synthesis of highly effective additives to lubricating oils. The obtained H-1 NMR spectra not only confirm the structure, but also provide valuable information about the nature of the mutual influence of individual groups and atoms in the molecules of an organic compound, as well as draw some conclusions about the conformation of the compounds under study. Analysis of the correlation equation indicates that our comparisons are in good agreement with Tait equation (r=0.985) and shows that the effect of substituents at the sulfur atom and ester derivatives of mercaptoacetic acid on the shielding of methylene -S-CH2-C(O)-O groups is transmitted through the system of chemical bonds mainly by the induction mechanism
