摘要
The studies on the conflict phenomenon of the post-modern society, sustain with a legitimate reason, that it extended and hugely diversified, taking forms that other times were not specific to it, and it is permanently developing, manifesting itself as a permanent war, by struggles in the political, diplomatic, economic, informational, technical-scientific, media fields, etc., as well as by army crises and conflicts. It has, the same time, a psychological component at least as important as the physical one, the conflict meaning alike a confrontation on the battle field, as well as in the mental plan and of the psychic processes of those involved. In the plan of army conflicts, the psychological war, besides its simplistic comprehension and somehow abstract of "a war of nerves", of psychological impact on the opponent, must be regarded and understood mainly by its manifestation under the form of psychological operations, a vital and complementary military component of the wide spectrum of operations.
