摘要
The results of theoretical and experimental research on accelerated mass transfer involving the liquid phase in solids are analyzed. The kinetic regularities of mass transfer, the thermodynamics of grain-boundary wetting and the mechanisms of formation of liquid-channel grain boundary structure in polycrystalline materials are considered. The possibility of design of new membrane materials based on solid oxide-oxide melt composites and possessing high mixed ionic-electronic conductivity is demonstrated.
