Government Enterprise University Research User Cooperative Innovation and Performance Evaluation in Jiangxi Province

In China, the pace of the independent innovation continues to accelerate, which effectively realized the integration of the science and technologies, education and economy. The proposal of the mode of the synergistic innovation of the industry-academic-research with government realized in a great extent the supplement to the traditional mode of the industry-academic-research, and promoted the process from the production of the innovative knowledge to the transformation of the innovative knowledge. The connotations of the industry-academic-research with government are more abundant, including the power of the innovation in the whole process from the knowledge production to the knowledge consumption. In the continuous development of the information technology today, Jiangxi province gradually realized the links between education, science and technology and economy, and the importance of the establishment of the mode of the industry-academic-research with government. From the production, learning and the scientific researches and other aspects, we have carried out the further deepening and reform, which greatly improved the speed of the economic development in Jiangxi province, and also promoted the optimal allocation of the resources. In this paper, the author carries out some analyses and researches on the performance analysis and the development countermeasures of the synergistic innovation of the industry-academic-research with government in Jiangxi province.
