摘要
A pyrolysis tube furnace system was designed to assess the impacts of different components on pyrolysis characteristics under nitrogen atmosphere, and pyrolysis temperature (400-900 degrees C) as an important impact factor acts on the sample pyrolyzing. The obtained pyrolysate was classified into three groups, i.e. the condensed liquid product (bio-oil), solid product (char), and light gas. Gas chromatograph (GC) was used to analyze ingredient of light gas released from sample pyrolysis, and gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) was performed to analyze bio-tar. The results revealed that the volatile from rice straw pyrolysis exceeded that of lignin at the temperature below 700 degrees C as a result of the higher char generated from lignin pyrolysis. With an increase in pyrolysis temperature, the yield of char decreased and light gas persistently increased, and yield of bio-tar had the maximal temperature of 500 degrees C. In gas product, H-2, CO, CO2 and some light hydrocarbon (CH4, C2H4 and C2H6) can be found, and the content of H-2, CO was abounding. Bio-oil derived from lignin was relatively simple and comprised aromatic hydrocarbons, chain hydrocarbon, monoaromatic compounds and little ketones, and only phenol compounds held 50 similar to 60%, easily to get high-value chemicals and high quality biofuels.
