THE POLICY FOR RESPONSIBILITY AND BONIFICATION IN EDUCATION: INITIAL ELEMENTS

摘要
The article presents aspects that highlight the historical and political context of the adoption of policies of bonus and educational accountability at the international level and the discussions present, in their own way, in Brazilian educational policy. We started from a qualitative study, which took into consideration consulted bibliographies that could offer a theoretical contribution to support the theme. Thus, our foundation was anchored in Hieing (2001), Brooke (2006; 2008; 2013), Freitas (2012; 2013), Martins (2016), Evangelista (2013), Burton (2014), Lima and Gandin (2012), Lessard (2016) and, Clarke and Newman (2012). The preliminary conclusions of the study point to the need for further discussions, analyses and empirical evidence regarding the process of adoption and implementation of certain public educational policies, especially when they have already been applied in other countries and do not have examples of success, such as the policy of accountability and bonus in education.
