摘要
The effects of doping Sm2O3 and CaO on the properties of CeO2-based electrolyte were investigated. It was found that doping CaO in CeO2-based electrolyte materials could improve the ionic conductivity and decrease the leakage current. The CaO could lower the sintering temperature, increase the density and toughen the grain boundary through solution and convert the impurity to glass phase. It showed that CeO2-based electrolyte doped with 10% CaO had good synthetic properties.
