摘要
With China's trend to be involved in the global economy and with the emergence of e-commerce, the construction of a social trust system has great importance. Though the "trust construction" could be supported by various information technologies with the help of integrated database as well as the Internet, there inevitably appear new issues brought about by Information Technology. This paper not only analyzes the concepts and problems of trust and the relative administrative methods and experience of China, but also states that advanced information technology can be a solid foundation to solve the information security problem and that the main obstacle to construct a trust system is the decentralization of data resources and digital divides. The approach to the problem is the publicity of information and Internet education.
